An exhibition tracing the history of the White Monks was created in the undercroft, the only remaining fragment of the original Cistercian Rufford Abbey in Lincolnshire. Bespoke woodwork of a medieval design supported hand finished graphics. The interpretation extended to the creation of a full-size refectory table set out with a typical meal, and sriptorium desks complete with vellum and quill pens.
